He went on to launch and scale a property management company to over 500 properties, giving him a unique operational and investment-level understanding of real estate that benefits both sellers and buyers. A licensed broker in multiple states and an active real estate investor, Michael specializes in luxury homes, second residences, new construction, and high-value investment properties. His clients range from local homeowners to out-of-state and international buyers seeking expert guidance, discretion, and a competitive edge. A U.S. Navy veteran with a background in anti-missile defense during the Gulf War, Michael brings discipline, precision, and accountability to every transaction. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Organizational Management and remains actively involved in charitable initiatives supporting cancer research, children’s causes, and animal welfare. When he’s not advising clients, Michael splits his time between the mountains of Tennessee and the Gulf Coast of Florida with his wife, Candy, and their two dogs, Chester and Jaque.
